Sightstone Passive: Ward restoration

Sightstone Passive: Helping Hand Regenerates 1 ward every 4 minutes, reduced by 10 seconds for every ward placed . Only active with 1 point in the wanderer mastery.

Supports have it really tough as being thought of as the "only" warders necessary. So I think that having this should really be helpful since supports are depended on for warding. Reason it's tied to the Wanderer mastery is so junglers like Lee sin who build sightstone can't abuse this passive as they would need 21 perks in the utility tree for the passive to apply.

But it really makes no sense for supports having to recall every time they run out of wards.
