Rotating game mode for a previous patch

I realize this may be impossible, coding wise, but it really would add clarity if they added on the rotating game mode a patch from about 3 years ago. This would either show that players are right about the game going downhill, and give Riot some hard data about what percentage of players preferred then vs now, or it would show players that they actually didn't like it better back then, and they're misremembering.

Once again, I do realize this may be totally impossible to revert runes, masteries, reworks, balance, items, etc, for the sake of a rotating queue, this is more just a wishful thinking post.
