Can we have Mordekaiser's third Q knockup his target briefly?

Had a idea of having Mordekaiser's third Q knockup his target for a short duration (0.25 seconds or so.) He hits with such force I think it would be a cool little niche mechanic to have, as well as be cool for his kit. Granted I don't think a very short knock up would be game breaking, but would look really awesome!

I would rather add a "knock down" staus instead, like a inbetween a root and a stun.
