What do you do?

When you have an 0/7 Trynd Top and a Sion Mid who has given the enemy Diana 8 kills? How do you avoid these players? When I get them on my team what can I do to empower them because a team is only as good as it's worst player.

These games are slow painful defeats with some players who are either Trolling or just a really players having a bad game. Like I want to afk but I can't... instead I'm forced to sit in a game knowing that 2/5 of the team is dead weight in a fair 5v5 fight we are at best 3v5. It's like torture, as Trynd gets caught out for the 8th time Trying to 1v1 a Jayce who has killed him 7 times in the past exchanges. This time will be different, he thinks and it was... as he gets bursted down from 40%-0 because he has built zero armor. It was different in the sense he didn't even consider ulting this time where as last time he wanted too, but just couldn't find the correct key.

about 1/5 of my LoL games are close and competitive... the rest are lop sided slaughters.
