"Warning: You're about to Jungle without Smite, This will block the purchase of Jungle Items and Severely hinder your experience in the jungle, Would you like to take smite?"

Smite is a 100% requirement in Jungle.
If you forget smite, you are at an incredible disadvantage.
They should also have a dialog when banning out your teammates.
Simple fix, be when you get the jungle position it will automatically select smite for you, and if you try to change it then it will give a warning. (if flash is one of your summoners it will change the one that is not flash to smite)
Should be like yellow trinket. you're forced to take it.
So everybody who doesn't jungle ought to get this every game too? No thanks

How about not be an idiot and take smite?
The simple fix is to just default it for junglers

Was top lane in a game yesterday where both allied and enemy team junglers forgot 
(what are the odds?!...for real stats majors, tell me). Both junglers duoed with top and it was a disaster. This is the greatest idea ever conceived!
It is really annoying.
I'm not sure if it's better to have a popup or for the game to store 'last' summoner spells for each lane slot instead of just your last set of summoner spells across everything. On the one hand your starting summoners would feel kinda random if you play all five roles and and your stored summoners for adc haven't been touched or seen in over 10 games, or it could store summoners just for jungle since it's so important but it feels kinda weird to distinguish roles more in the UI outside of playing the game itself.
Did you take this from some other dude? Cuz i saw someone else say this.
