I hate having to pick Rune pages

You can only have 20 pages between 5 roles and over 100 different champions. Your rune pages must be filled out before you get into game and you could end up in a role/Champion where your rune pages are not in the best spot for them. I wish we had the option to pick runes like we could for mastery pages.
