So what's the deal with Twitch's Ambush?

Obviously it's camouflage now, but has he been compensated? I can no longer escape from ganks, or have fun sneaking around people like Twitch is supposed to do. So do I at least get a duration increase? Cooldown decrease? Movement speed buff on cast? Power shifted to somewhere else?

Equally in the dark about the Invisibility champion changes, but from what I see they just got a massive buff with no consequences.
