Nunu's Consume Well Fed Buff (And general thoughts)

So, I finally wound up getting into a match against a Nunu Jungler in 6.20, and I have to say, the Well Fed buff is...A little unfair. And, I'm sure people are going to downvote me for saying that right off the bat, but it's more than just some generalized "oh i had a bad match and i'm blaming it on a buff" - no, I have a reason to be saying this.

Nunu is a tank jungler, but he also has some pretty strong damage and some of the stronger "light" crowd control spells in the game (by "light", I mean slowspells rather than stuns, roots, knock-ups, etc.), and I'd be okay with that if it were just a matter of "did they buy tanky items? then they got tanky. did they buy damage items? then they're gonna hurt.", but it really isn't, at this point.

And, what do I mean by that? Well - Nunu is able to buy just Cinderhulk and maybe one other Health item - not even really any defensives - and he'd be solid. Which is what happened; the Nunu I fought had Cinderhulk, a Ruby Crystal, a Sapphire Crystal, and the rest was AP damage items, and he was inordinately difficult to kill, even as a group. He shouldn't be allowed to buy two health items and have the ability to one-v-three. But; that isn't my direct problem, it's just a part of it.

The biggest problem I have is that the movement speed buff he gets from Well Fed is absurd. He moves nearly as fast as Hecarim while his Devastating Charge is at full gallop, and even if you're not well-pushed he can speed in from the jungle and ruin you with slows, attack speed boosts and even re-position himself to force you to facetank his Absolute Zero. And when it comes to the early game, a tank having that kind of speed and control isn't fun to deal with, especially when they're almost always at full health whenever they gank. Whenever I got ganked by Nunu, the only option I'd have is to try to lock him down and burn my flash just to get away, and hope that he doesn't camp me - fighting Nunu isn't an option when he has lots of health and ways to outmaneuver you.

I can understand that giving Nunu this Well Fed buff makes him a lot more distinct and fits well with his character, but there's a point when it becomes overbearing, and - like I said - getting ganked by a juggernaut moving faster than Master Yi with Boots of Swiftness and Highlander is something that lacks meaningful counterplay; the only option is to bolt, since fighting a full-health tank like Nunu is a death-sentence; even worse when he's not even building tanky items.

My suggestion is that his AP damage ratios and/or movespeed buff from Consume be dialed down a little - enough that he has to devote to tankiness or hard damage, and that he can't run straight into lanes with insane speed. Thank you all for reading, and please feel free to discuss.
