@Riot Are the Wit's End Changes Still Going to Be Coming Out This PBE Cycle?

Back In Meddler's February 2nd Quick Thoughts he mentioned that changes would be made to the jungle items, ancient coin, and wit's end for patch 8.4. While the first two are already here, the changes to Wit's end are still missing.

I'm especially intrigued and dying to see what the changes will be, as right now the two most prominent users of Wit's End right now are Kog'Maw and Varus, and I would like to theory-craft and see Wit's End being built on more champions, especially melee ones.
