Riven nerf/change

So everyone says riven is broken, even Huni got a Quadra about 15 minutes in at WORLDS the best in all of League of Legends. So what can we do that wont completely gut her(although many would love this idea)? How about we make her w have higher base damage but have an AP scaling. This way her w would do damage but it wont be as much. Also the stun should be lowered from 0.75s to 0.5s as it is not only aoe but instant cast. For Example Only: Base: 70, 90, 130, 160, 210 + (100% AP)

Like people have said in other forums just increase her cd would be the easiest or getting her something like mana/rage so she can't spam her skills like she does.

that is why i say put an AP ratio on the W it causes it to not do as much damage but it still does some

Seriously... Look at ROC's team comp when Huni used her... The only one they had that could escape Riven was Caitlynn. OUT OF 5 CHAMPS, ONLY ONE HAD AN ESCAPE. Then they of course only had Gragas and Janna for CC if Varus couldn't land an ult (Which is really easy to dodge as Riven). Huni picked into a team comp that he could very easily win against, especially since his lane opponent was going to be a Rumble.. Plus they ignored Riven the entire game, letting Huni just decimate top, keep a 100 CS lead on his opponent, push in an inner turret 10 minutes in.... Seriously. They played it as if they could ignore Riven all game while she just split pushed and killed the Rumble. Huni had the entire game handed to him on a silver platter. He could have played AP Talon and won at life with how he had jungle and mid help him get free kills non-stop that entire game.

Seriously though. WHO LETS A RIVEN GET AN INNER AT 9 MINUTES?

Riven as a champion may be annoying but then again why don't we just nerf everyone to the ground. Riven is powerful because of her kit having an aoe knock-up and stun. Her AD scallings are also high but her W and E scale off bonus AD. It really is just the cc and execute on her ult that are annoying

also I don't want to absolutely ruin Riven. Just make it so she doesn't do as much. after all 70 damage on mine compared to around 100 base on live is a pretty big difference especially during the early game.

i just bought riven and jeez i wish i didnt i dont really see whats so fun about this champ i would have much rather saved for ekko dammit

I see your point but i feel that e should just receive base and scaling nerfs otherwise its fine. Her E is her surviability. for example Katarina has a damage reduction on her e if it's an enemy

Riven is easy to play but hard to master. The reason she is fun is that once you get good you can outplay others relatively easier than others.
