The biggest lie told one here, is you can play 1 vs 9

Lyless··3 votes·2,171 views

As far as gameplay goes you have some so called "experienced players" telling you have to carry the entire the game every game to get better. Now given this a game of teamwork, the only ways to get better is to play people above your skill level or to find a team that actually wants to win is actually good!

Streams DO NOT HELP YOU! That's like watching a movie! Does listening to a podcast help you get better at running it? Does watching a basketball game help you get better at basketball? NO, it doesn't. So, don't listen to these so high ranked players, they have no clue and they climbed in this game during season 1 and 2 when the game had far less people not trying to win or troll, or afks, or anything else you can think of.

So just remember, being told you can carry 80,70,60,50,40,30 or even 20% of the time during season 6 and win, is a lie told by people who don't want to see you climb!

If you really are good (I mean litteraly) you won't be winning the game by yourself. I do not like the word carry. When you carry someone, you mean he's bad and that you played his part as well as your own. However, if you truly are good, you shouldn't need to "carry".

Truly good players "lead" the team to victory, boost the morale of his team any way he can, and will also communicate a lot with them. A truly good player will call the shots, and the team will listen to him because he proved that he is a good teammate as well as a good player.

A good player doesn't play solo, he plays with his whole team.

there is no leading trolls, afks and people who can't play to victory. There can be no morale when no one talks. You are making a lot of assumptions.

I am not making assumptions. There aren't a lot of trolls in ranked. Most players you you call trolls are actually players who are having a bad game, or players who are tilting for one reason or another, and their play is taking a blow. Also, afks shouldn't be consistent enough to stop you from climbing. It's been very easy for me to climb from bronze to gold. I picked champs who could support the team, to make it stronger, since trying to carry by myself didn't work.

I am speaking from experience here. I encouraged my teammates, I said "gj" or "nice" when they did something good, told them "it's ok, you just need to be more careful" or "try to do this instead" when someone was having trouble. I called dragons and when to group up, told them to either wait for my engage or my counter engage, told the carry to fight without fear because I'll peel for him. When no one talks, you take the lead. If you speak a lot, people are bound to reply sometimes, or at the very least they'll listen to you if you show them you can be trusted.

You keep using words like shouldn't be and may. Well, the fact these things are happening every game and I am stuck with the same people in every game thus I am getting the same bad players.

I have tried talking and leading and it doesn't work. I was one slight bit more but still lost more than I won. And never moved above B4. Dude, what you are saying may work for a small amount but it doesn't work for me. My situation is different.

It could be you need more practice. I know a lot of people who think they can carry, but before looking at the others, you need to look at yourself. Simply knowing how to play your champion isn't enough. You need to know when to do what. I know, it's vague, but there is a lot of things happening in games, and knowing how to make the best of every situation isn't something easy.

Looking back on what you did wrong or what you did right can also be very useful, and even though it sounds simple enough, I feel like most people don't try to reflect on how they played. It took me a couple of games before I started gtetting winning streaks, and I experimented with different champions, trying to find the playstyle I felt helped the most, thinking "ahh, I shouldn't have done that" or "next time, I'll know I should have done that". Blaming others only slows you down.

I am beyond practice. That's a waste of time. I am not playing normal that's an insult. When I am jg and I am on, I make very few if no mistakes. I have no parts around me that work. Blaming others is my only option here. If I am blame myself, I am telling myself a lie. And no matter how good I get I can't play 1 vs 9.

Well I'm sad to say nothing will improve then. I have a friend whom I consider high silver level who got through bronze V like it was nothing. And as I said before, I myself got out of bronze quite easily, but first I had to stop blaming my teammates and start trying to improve myself.

I am already improved. It's them, not me. When they actually try to get better and not suck, I may have a chance. But they suck, so that isn't likely.

We do agree on one thing nothing will improve. But it's one them not me.

You're probably blind to what's actually going on here. When playing ranked especially, you're matched with players who are almost the same as far as skill level goes. The fact of the matter is, that you're just as bad as they are, but like most bronze players you simply deny that fact because it's not a good one.

Yea I took a look at your match history, and I took away a few things. I've decided to be generous enough and share them with you, so I hope you're grateful. 1. You play almost exclusively ranked. From my experience, people who only played ranked are at the top or the bottom end of the spectrum of ranks. If you'll play some normals you can improve without there being any consequences if you lose. 2. You either go even, a bit over, or perform dismally. If you blamed a few games on you team that would be fine, but there were far too many games there when that was simply not the case. 3. Champion pool is incredibly small. You're maining Warwick and Nocturne jg from what it looks like. Those champions may work well in lower tiers and especially against people who don't know what to do about them, but they're severely limited in their abilities.

In conclusion, I would go back to basics and work from the ground up in normals. All while trying some new champions to broaden your scope of play-styles. You're current jungles are carry-type 1v1 oriented, and that's just not gonna work if you want to leave bronze. I would recommend trying to learn Sejuani Amumu Trundle and possibly Kindred Rengar .

I have to use the champs I have. I have tried Kindred, I can't stand it. Rengar is someone I like killing I can't you him either. I been down the Trundle path before and it's not for me. Amumu is a no go, I don't like tanks. Sej is not my style, I have been down that road too.

Picking champs, I can't use, don't like or are against the way I play won't work.

This is exactly the problem we're talking about. First you blame others and then you proceed to completely refuse to acknowledge your own mistakes.

Your using the poor performance of others as a scapegoat to not acknowledge your own faults.

We're giving advice and information to help and you're outright refusing it because you cannot accept responsibility for your own faults.

Again, you post about how its always your teams fault. Look at your matches yesterday..6 matches you lost 5. You went negative all 5 losses. you had 14 deaths in one game. I can promise the games where you have 10+ deaths (which seems like a lot of your games) it is not your team making you feed. You are making bad decisions. You are probably trying you counter jg with no wards/vision, or picking the wrong lane to gank/getting counter gank bc you have no vision in the enemy jg. Vision is information, which helps you make better decisions. Also when you play adc.. well going 0/6 isnt your teams fault either. Really you will not go anywhere until you look at your games and say "I could have done XXX better." .. "I ganked at the wrong time" "I will get trackers and ward more." etc.. Regardless of how your team play.. you are not getting S+ every game man.

I would feel more inclined to read this, but then you said the trolls are just people having a bad game. Go watch Dunkey's video where he gets suspended, and watch the malphite that literally walks under the tower. Before you say that's because he's a youtube personality that happened consistently with me in bronze and silver elos. I don't care if your response is "Well that's lower elo" it still exists and those people DO NOT get punished. Instead, people like Dunkey and me get punished while the feeder is allowed to roam around ruining other games.

cuddlykitten43 votes

Actually, most of us have probably checked your match history. That's where the FACTS are. The things you say are your OPINIONS. Vast difference in the two. Are you into baseball at all? If so you're familiar with a box score. If not, I'll enlighten you of it's relevance here. A box score is a bunch of numbers that ultimately tell you all the information you need to know what happened throughout a baseball game with astonishing accuracy. If you aren't into baseball, or haven't been into that long, the numbers will just look like numbers. See, your match history is a lot like a box score. It has all the information necessary to know pretty much everything that happened throughout the entire game. So we're not challenging the things your saying that you choose to incorrectly call facts. We're challenging the actual legitimate facts as laid out right before our eyes.

You cannot lead those who wish to be illogically defiant. A good leader realizes he has to use his pawns and sacrifice them when necessary to get a advantage.

Most of the time your team will not heed shot calls (No matter how polite and correct you are the answer is typically going to be FUCK YOU from your teammates). So strategies should rely around predicting and then capitalizing on their failures and gaining a advantage out of it. If any strategy requires teamates to act in a smart or good manner (Coordination / Cooperation) you should probably question it in solo queue.

When you're fed your just positioning and doing things to manipulate the other pieces into taking favorable actions. This is what they call carrying. Literally getting enough presence to force the other players into certain actions (Your team into good actions, the enemy into mistakes). Sadly this is easier said than done. Sometimes you can be up 20 kills and 4 towers only to watch the other players continually do the worst possible thing no matter what you do or advise (Big lead -> Let's all run in one at a time to contest that 3rd dragon! Instead of taking the inhib top side with the minion wave 3/4 of the way there).

You won't technically be winning the game by yourself.. You will however be the driving force behind causing the win.

I have done all these things, it cannot be done. It cannot be done. At one point last season I will getting 15 to 18 kills per game but constantly losing because of them. I would recall and two of them would be dead. Every time. There is no hope. I cannot carry them and beat the enemy team. This has been put into practice and it's failed. Every time it fails.

Definitely Bait3 votes

Excuse me for saying this but.. Your history does not reflect what you're saying. Last season and this season you have mained nocturne. A character you have a 36% win rate with and a average kda of around 1.805 across both seasons.

Build wise you keep going near full on glass cannon with a champion that generally gets Devourer or Warrior + 1 damage item (Generally Botrk or Cleaver) into defensive (2 if you go Warrior, Duskblade, Black Cleaver core). Rune wise the cdr page is non standard. Nocturnes generally run As quints, Ad Reds, Flat Armor yellows, and Mr Blues. You're also running fevor of battle masteries when building warrior. Warrior nocturne is about the early game power and will generally perform better with the burst from the thunderlords (Generally your ganking, Fevor is better for sustained trades / devourer). Nocturne plays like a squishier front liner that wants to power farm to 6 and then continually gank / countergank lanes using his ult to get the advantage. The enemy team should panic every time you ult because they know someone just died.

Your cs in recent games indicates a lot of the time your a farm / Split Push focused jungler. You're playing on a level 6 dependent counter / ganking style jungler. Nocturne is literally about the constant gank pressure and using his ultimate to screw over the other jungler's ganks. If you're not use it to snowballing lanes it's probably a bad champion to be maining.

Ironically enough on the Warwick games you're having the opposite issue. He's a jungler that wants to power farm and grab objectives. You literally just farm in between ults and then screw over anyone overextended or the other jungler when they gank. Your not even getting enough farm to hit sated in some 20 or 30 minute games on Warwick (Btw if you're having a bad enough game that you know sated won't be possible around the 18 - 22 minute just don't build sated).

What I'm seeing here is just not taking the time to understand the champions and refusal to look in the mirror.

Alright if that is the case then focus all of your attention on those 3. Watch higher level play of each champion look at their builds, runes, masteries and think of why they do the things they do in various situations.

Spam a bunch of normals and every time you die think about why you did what you did and what could of been better to do. While doing this completely ignore how your teamates are playing just focus on yourself.

When the enemy jungler shows up on the map get a habit of looking at it and seeing if he has any buffs and what side of the map he is on. Try to keep a mental image of where they are going during the clear path.

You see the enemy jungler top and you're bot side grab his blue side of the jungle or do dragon you can't make it up there in time to do anything.

Keep your yellow trinket on cooldown and wards on the enemy jungler's ganking paths / clear routes. Later on in the game build a sweeper and make a habit of checking everything while you're ganking (I need to work on this one). On the second back or so make sure to pickup a pink ward and place it in the enemy jungler's blue side between wolves and mid lane or the bush between krugs and red buff when it's safe to do so.

Tilted players and their lanes should be dead to you. If they're 0/2 or higher at the 10 minute mark ganking that will probably just give a double kill. Feed the good players that aren't raging and are responsive to ganks, warding, and rotating towards fights when they see it on the map. These are the players that will carry you. If they're raging, spamming pings constantly, not warding, and constantly trying to take trades with the enemy instead of just going passive and locking the lane at their turret then don't waste your time with them. They're probably not skilled and definitely not in the right mindset to win the game (Won't carry).

If the enemy laner rages after you gank.. Then that's a lovely gift put a tent on them and make them rage quit. Think like a Shaco the saltier they are the worse they play and further ahead your team gets.

When all three lanes feed hard is when there isn't much to do. Those games only recover if the enemy does something extremely stupid. Just ignore it, take your loss and move on. (These are the games that tilt to me to pure stupidity. I really need to work on this)

Oh and anytime you watch a teammate do something stupid just think I don't give a fuck, or even say it out loud. That way you don't get angry / distracted by it. (Still working on this one also)

Waste of time for me to play games that don't count. All three lanes feed all the time in my games.

You know it's really hard to find a example of the exception where the enemy does something stupid and we make a comeback.

But, a decent one would be the Wukong game I just got out of. The end game stats become skewed / misleading when comebacks do happen. It doesn't show that Mid + Bot lost lane, and that I couldn't go into my jungle without a fed yi there and was 1.0 kda or less for a good portion of the game.

http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2099082425/221403870?tab=overview

Nautilus(Won lane, camped him all game) 12.50:1 kda, 179 cs Wukong(Me, Jng) 3.33 kda, 124 cs (bad cs this game, enemy kept getting free invades to eat all my camps) Yasuo 1.58:1 kda, 169 cs. (Went 0/10 before the recovery and fed the yi) Corki 2.75 kda, 161 cs. (Lost lane, picked up all the kills on the recovery) Zilean 1.86 kda, cs doesn't matter. (Gave 3 kills bot lane, rest was teamfights in mid, ult on naut + me is literally what turned around the fights to give us a win)

On the other team Ezreal 5.0 kda, 225 cs Yi 3.13 kda, 158 cs Leona 2.2 kda, 44 cs Quinn 1.2 kda, 138 cs

At the 20 minute mark the other team had a 8 k gold advantage. At the 24 minute mark they took a greedy teamfight and gave us enough of a foot in the door to win teamfights. At the 30 minute mark they took another greedy teamfight that turned into a straight push down mid into a win.

Legitimately until we started winning those team fights I was feeding (1.0 kda or less). The only one who won lane was Nautilus.

Rankings on both teams incase you're interested.

My team B3, B4, B3, Unranked(No ranked history), Unranked(Silver 4 last season)

Enemy Team Unranked(Silver 4 last season), Unranked(Bronze 1 last season), Gold 4(plat 5 last season),Bronze 2, Unranked(Silver 4)

I am 100% sure if I gave up and didn't camp naut's lane and split off for 2 turrets this would of been a loss.

This game doesn't count but all the things I did stupid early (coughs going to yasuo's lane) are perfectly valuable experiences to look through and improve upon.

There are such things as everyone feeding / losing lane and coming back. It's just relatively rare.

If you're playing correctly they could be trying their best to feed hard / be completely useless and still end up with really positive stats.

I mean if Yi would of made a early baron call and just split pushed that game was 100% lost. The only two on our team that could take out yi was a naut + wukong combo or maybe a naut + yasuo combo that would gut us on a teamfight on the other side of the map.

Just practice more in normals. I know people who belonged in a higher elo, but the provionals screwed them over, but because they belonged in a higher elo, they were able to climb consistently every season. I started in bronze in the previous season and this season and easily climbed out of bronze. That shows that I have consistent skills. you may think you're good, but if that was true, then you'd be able to consistently climb out. Just improve your champion mechanics on your main and you'll do fine.

Watching a podcast can tell you what to do, what not to do, how to keep an audience, etc.

Basketball games teach you mechanics and how to shot ball.

Likewise, League streams teach you mechanics, playstyles, champion kits, counterplay, and more for FREE.

Your argument sucks dick.

It won't help you actually get better. The only way you can get better is my playing others better than you. I will not waste time AGAIN watching streams. And since people are afraid to let me play with better players, I will stay where I am. But I am not going to be quiet about it.

Afraid to let you play with better players?

If you think you're so good and need to strive for improvement, play ranked. Get to somewhere where you get a badge on the boards, start losing to people because you didn't learn laning mechanics from Annie Bot's stream, then come back and cry about how unbalanced the matchmaking is.

This game is constantly screwing me by paring me with losers ( the same scum) over and over. I am playing ranked, what is your problem!?!??!

If they absolutely are below you, play a carry role, win, climb, and get to a higher rank.

It isn't hard. ;)
