[Let's talk about this]: Locket Change (2/26/18)
Active changed from an aoe shield effect to to "After a brief delay, creates a protective field at your location for 8 seconds. Allied champions within the field are dealt 35% less damage (90 second cooldown)." The protective field remains stationary
The new active for Locket of the Iron Solari trades out it's ability to grant a shield & gains the ability to Grant your team Damage reduction (after a delay).
I have so many questions like; a.) How will this affect Supports & Botlane? b.) Will other roles like Top & Jungle also use this item? c.) Can the damage reduction received be stacked with other forms of Damage Reduction such as Phantom Dancer or Warwicks [E: Primal Howl] / Galio's [W: Shield of Durand]
