any tips for playing against him without being a CC heavy tank with sustain or something like this?
it kinda sucks when the first time he hits you in the game at level 1 or 2 he can randomly win the lane by a lucky crit and just zone you off

Jax craps all over Tryndamere. You can beat on him so hard 1-5 he's irrelevant at 6, by which time you should either have fully attracted the attention of the enemy jungler and all other lanes are winning due to the lack of jg pressure or you have the tower down and get to roam beat on everyone.
if you play voli.. it really goes to who gets the first kill... good luck.
or play a adc top lane.. like vayne or quinn.. someone who can push him back or get away from him.
idk if malph counts as a cc heavy tank with sustain but he works quite well as he is designed to deal with ad autoattack champs fairly well also rammus
I don't have a problem with him in lane. It's the fact that you have to baby sit him the entire game. I really hate "I'm not good enough to teamfight, so I'm going to play bullshit afk split push champs" people :/
Vladimir : Ult when ever he ults. His ult lasts 5 secs and your ult takes 5 to proc, so it goes off when he can die. Swain : He makes life depressing for Trynda, just like he does for almost every other Meele in the game. His constant E Q combo will drive trynda insane to the point that he will never all in you until he gets his ult. If he does this just ult when he gets you low on health and use E and he will die

Basically you want to win lane by playing a champion that's nowhere close to being in-meta, LOL. No armor items at all? That's greedy. Well, you just need a burst mage, a kiter with escapes, or a duelist with strong anti-auto attack like Jax or shutters Fiora.
Just abuse his melee nature, if you have a dash, save it for countering his spin, not engaging. Poke him consistently enough for his bloodlust to not undo the damage, or just keep him away from creeps so he can't build rage. The biggest thing is to force him into his ultimate, doing this with poke is the most infuriating thing for the trynd, as he basically needs the ult for every team fight unless hes stupidly ahead.
play a tank than can rush a thornmail and still be effective.
Play Jarvan (its an easy lane if you can land the E-Q. like REALLY easy). however, he does outscale you eventually, but only with a lifesteal item, IE, PD/Shiv, and last whisper. Play Kayle (skill matchup. whoever pops ult first loses) Play Teemo (must deny him early)
Teemo works well against him.
