PLZ FIX MATCH MAKING IN NORMALS! RIOT PLZ FOR ALL BEGINNERS!

Okay this happened to my friend who I introduced to this game. I'm pretty sure we all have had this happen to them, we queue up in normal queue and after a decent amount of time we get into champ select, and you would call your roll(what ever it is) first before anyone types anything. You think your team would be okay with you getting the roll since you called it first. But you end up getting match with 4 premade and one of them is diamond and the rest low elo scrubs, who kept saying they'll penta kill the enemy team or some shit and we'll have an easy win if you go support because they'll carry you! Now you could be a nice guy like me and goes support and you also could get the adc super fed. But your diamond player who took you role (in his case mid) and the diamond goes 3/12/1 by the end of the game. You tried roaming to help my team out I got mid 3 kills over the time You roamed and even helped top out, but then they started to rage at you for no good reason. Just because you tried helping them out, they spammed in all chat "PLZ REPORT BLITZ FOR BEING TARSAN AND NOT HELPING HIS ADC". Once they say that you go hm... wtf. You warded for the whole team none stop, bought pinks when ever your pink is clear out. You guys had vision of the jungle in every part you could ward and your team blames entirely on you for roaming and trying to help others because their all premade. On top of it all they literally all became fountain guard and left you alone to defend every lane because "You love roaming soooooooo much". On top of that after the game the 4 trolls are like report this support for toxic behavior plz, like wtf you can't even level up in peace in League anymore, the match making puts you with premade trolls. I can't even imagine new players trying to level up their accounts and having to face the trolls like the ones my friend ran into. This has to have happened to them as well, Riot you should of a match making system where we can choose to be matched with premade players or not because trolls like these is why people go on tilt even in norms. And I'm pretty sure we would have more players if it wasn't for trolls who does this to beginners. Plz for all the new players do this Riot!
