Rakan Feels bad now

Look, I get it, he was too strong in Pro Play. I really do get it, I saw how much of a problem he was in worlds alone. However the 9.2 Nerfs took away my favorite thing about him which was the fluidity of his kit. I went from wanting to play support just to play Rakan, to avoiding him entirely. I don't know what Riot should have done, I'm just a bronze afterall, I just know I don't like how they stopped Rakan.
