Is Graves top a fair laner?

He isnt ranged... the whole point of his kit is basically a meele adc. Hide behind and fight in minion waves its not that hard and when you dont have a wave back off. Dodge second Q bounce. And tell jung to gank after his E is gone for easy kill

So you played Nasus and a Graves destroyed you. Why do you come here to cry over a normal game? If you play this match up properly he might bully you during laning phase but you outscale him for sure.

You are a Nasus...who cares how laning phase goes. You win lane simply by sitting under turret and last hitting minions.

Graves top is not a fair lane, but top and jungle are really his only good roles right now since as an adc he sucks and mid lane he can be kited to death easily. There are ways to deal with him, but you need someone like rammus/nautilus/malphite into him to be able to do something, you can't play lane bullies into him since he will just outdamage you and if you play slow-scaling champs he will just obliterate you before you reach your power-spike or at least will bully you into oblivion.
