Petition to remove Flash.

I will probably get downvoted to hell since, "Remove flash!? Blasphemy!!", but I really think it takes away a lot of variety by being the best summoner spell by far in the game, 95% of the builds (or more) has Flash as its nmbr 1 go to summoner spell.

Its good offensively and defensively in every situation. At times I realize i couldnt live without it, and at other times i wish for its destruction. And some may think "But then champions with little to no movement will get destroyed." but if you think of it, it all stays the same, the enemy will have one less tool to reach you and you wont be able to escape so easily. Besides, it will open a room for new combinations with summoner spells, and that brings a bit more fun to the mix.

I just think it would be better if it didnt exist at all. Another option would be to turn it into an item, but I dont think that would work at all (in fact, in the beta (or alpha?) of the game, flash didnt exist as a Summoner spell, it used to be a pair of boots! The more you know). Go ahead, now you can downvote me to hell if you want.
