Why? It's a skill shot, dodge it and you'll be fine (done it plenty of times and I also main Leona, her E isn't problematic for the enemy team since most of her initiates follow a W+E+Q pattern) Why is she getting hit when there are so many other champions that need to be hit as well like Blitz's Q (since apparently Leona's E is too much) and Morgana's Q (this has always been an issue).

Unsure on how I feel about this one. It's one that it has an odd particle hitting far more than it shows, but Leona has plenty of play pattern workarounds that a flat nerf to her ability to engage seems unneeded.
