Lethality changes & Build diversity
Some basic context on the following items being discussed
Serrated dirk
25 AD +10 Lethality & 20 ooc MS
Youmuus Ghostblade
60 AD + !0% CDR + 20 ooc MS + 15 Lethality
Active: (UNIQUE) Gain +20% movement speed for 6 seconds. 45 second cooldown.
Duskblade
65 AD + 15 Lethality + 20 ooc MS
Passives :
NIGHTSTALKER: After being unseen for at least 1 second, your next basic attack deals 75 + (200% Lethality) bonus true damage on-hit (lasts 4 seconds after being seen by an enemy champion).
BLACKOUT: When spotted by an enemy ward, causes a blackout for 8 seconds, disabling all nearby enemy wards (90 second cooldown).

Many of the champions i see build these items in particular are as follows. The pool of champions, a large quantity of them, builds youmuus first. Duskblade is not always favored if at all on alot of these champions, only those who are playing a lethality build or adding some to their build.
The honest truth is, Youmuus win rate is actually really low on mainly all these champions except for maybe 1 or two. Infact lethality builds, tend to have a lower win rate when compared to crit builds like

or
.
This is also not including the new builds which are off tank
melee but are also seen by Ranged ADC's! Not to mention throwing in
somewhere in there. AD currently is extremely broken and has been for awhile. Little changes here or there to help build diversity hasn't been, overall successful. And the new changes if they come through need an overhaul on alot of AD items not just Lethality. Because what is seriously going to stop half if not more of these champions(and whoever else) from building an off tank spec that dishes out decent crits while being absurdly tanky? My first recommendation is to make PD DD and tabi's non-stackable. Furthermore if they become non-stackable, what is going to keep AD from building crit style builds, which have the highest win rate on most of these champions.
The initial idea is to get champions away from Youmuus, but after all is said and done. I'm not saying it is ill advised, but youmuus time and time again is a staple that AD tends to fall back on without much thought. I think it should be given flat MS instead of ooc MS. Keep the AD and give it either attack speed passively that scales with the user's level, keep the lethality. And give the active a crit strike chance increase along with the already MS boost.
I'm not trying to give ghostblade a huge buff when the idea is to get people away from building it first. But it is really weak when compared to these other AD builds. That could be partially from the fact that it's over used so the data accumulated is based on alot of wins and or losses. But i couldn't help but think possibly a good reason why alot of these champions tend to have the ghostblade its self because it is a pretty fair item in terms of AD and stats. Nothing about it makes it OP, currently. Which isn't the point, maybe people tend to build it so they don't get trapped into these other builds that are abusing whatever. Like stackable flat damage reduction for example? insane 1k+ crit builds. I do believe youmuus needs changes, hopefully for the better and build diversity is a problem. But if AD knows building lethality specs is a lower winrate and still decide togo for it opposed to damage reduc builds or high win rate crit specs i personally don't see why its a problem.
