What is the premiere site for checking Builds these days?

I haven't played in a long time and don't have a great handle on the new (to me) items, champions, and masteries. Back when I did frequent LoL the most frequent recommended buildsite was solomid.net. But, it hasn't aged well. For all I know it might have a great format but in the hosts' tremendous stupidity they haven't purged all the broken build submissions from the past that do not, at all, display properly.
