A Good Build for Leona.

I usually prefer the Eye items over FoTM. Simply because throwing your gold gen and sight stone together, allows you to rush the slightly more important items. Some might complain about the lack of CDR, But with the money and time saved, you could get the CDR from elsewhere easily.

I would probably put a Locket in that build, as it's a pretty good item for supports in general. I would also consider a Frozen heart if you really want to load on CDR.

Otherwise, the rest of the build is situational.

That's going to be vary each game depending on the enemy team comp so there's not really a blanket 'this is the best build'.

It's generally going to be FoTM/SS/tank stuff. The particular flavour of tank stuff being comp dependent, although as much as sunfire cape is in flavour, it's a questionable item on a support due to cs stealing so I'd try to avoid that, at least until after lane phase.

As a leona your kit is putting you into the middle of the fray, and your goal is just to survive, cc, and mark people with your passive, so all you need to do is survive itemwise.
