That people need harsher punishments for breaking the rules? not only harsher punishments, but quicker results (aka doesnt take 100 games of buying only mobi boots and running down midlane and going 0/20 before they are warned etc)

rules like trolling people, raging, and afking? keep in mind...by these terms i mean troll=last pick takes nunu jungle and proceeds to follow you around jungle and steal everything that your doing....doesnt touch enemies, calls out your position in all chat, never teamfights,etc raging=the people who pretty much tell you to kill yourself, swear left and right at people for mistakes, etc afking=seems simple enough, from "my mom told me to go eat dinner" to "omg family emergency"
