Everything that makes this game less fun for many players
Champions with high mobility. Take zoe for example, she has mobility + long range, and combination that simple SHOULDN'T exist. Same exact problem with Akali tbh. Mobility + long range. In fact, you can see that with every champion; ban rate correlates with mobility. This game simply should not have hyper mobile characters, it only gets worse with range and burst. When Urgot is extremely strong his ban rate still does not climb very high. Why? He is not hyper mobile, even though he is strong it is still fun to play against him to some extent. Same thing with Cassiopeia. She is extremely strong, but yet still doesn't see a lot of bans. Why? low mobility, so she's fun to play against to some extent. Udyr right now has the highest win rate in the game, but he is mobile... why? Because his mobility is actually somewhat FAIR. It is not a teleport or a dash, a simple speed boost. Likewise, a mobile character can actually be fun to play against given some restrictions.
The only exception I can currently see to this rule is darius, because Darius was reworked and given the second most bullshit mechanic: sustain. But even though sustain is bullshit, it doesn't exactly break the game like mobility: Darius is also somewhat mobile thanks to rune and cleaver passive interactions.
Also: a note to riot. Making every champion in this game hyper mobile, in my opinion, is not a solution. It's only going to exasperate the problem.
