Bard Buff @RiotRabidLama

I am a plat support main and I have played a fair amount of bard since his release and hoenstly I love the champion. I think he's so much fun and super unique. Saying that, he needs some love and not just stat and damage buffs. His kit itself is just to hard to use (and not in a skill cap way, you are highly limited by the speed at which his abilities travel making it impossible to hit them on mobile champs) and to much can go wrong, especially with his ult. So I think some really helpful buffs would be first: make his chimes spawn closer to him, especially early game. Thats more of a QoL buff and its honestly not bad at the moment it just could use tweaks. Second, increase the range and/or projectile speed of bards Q. It forces him to get pretty close and is really hard to hit at the moment and while you can get mastery over the ability, it feels more challenging to use than it should and it really limits his performance vs mobile carries. Finally, and most importantly I wish they would make his ult travel like soraka Q instead of the way it does now. I'm not sure quite what the movement speed on it is or the travel time but I know that casting it next to you has a pretty similar travel time compared to casting it across the map (I think its like nami bubble in the way that it takes the same amount of time no matter where its cast but not 100% sure). What I think would be really nice is if it moved incredibly quickly when cast in your immediate area and slower when cast far away. Right now its really hard to cast on your allies because you have to think a second or so into the future and it means when trying to save the jinx right next to you can mess up and waste your ult, stop her abilties etc etc so that would mean there is less room for errors and mishaps with his ults cast on his allies.
