(This is purely hypothetical, I'm not advocating it)
How do you think this would change the meta? It would make some champions ridiculously hard to catch (a Lee with two flashes comes to mind), and split pushing champions could take two teleports to be all over the map. This would be interesting to see compared to the current situation, but I personally don't think it's a good idea. What do you think?

Basically, I feel like either everyone would run double flash in lane, or absolutely nothing would change and people would still run flash + the meta summoner for their role. There could be some cheesy double smite jungler builds, but that would probably be rare. All in all, it wouldn't add any strategic diversity, and summoner spells probably need to be rebalanced.

I'd run Double flash 24/7 on Zed. Never get caught. GG, Or Double flash on Leblanc XD

Double Ignite would be kinda cool.
But most likely everyone would take Double Flashes, which would just make me scream in frustration since they'll just be able to run away even better.
