:( maybe she needs a kit rework since shes too similar with teemo. Except teemo is fun while quinn is half fun .-.

yea haha
On the "bright" side, her dual capabilities are insane, especially in valor form. That is her problem, most of her DPS comes from her Valor form and using that well when fighting anymore then one person is rather difficult. So yeah, she would need a rework more so then an outright buff.

In playstyles they are similar, short range keep away champions with tools to kite melee champions well.
