sightstone needs to be removed for bronze division
people buy it but its so underutilised that it has become gold inefficient
they could instead be buying more dps or tank items.

and too at level nine. Avoid dying because you get much vision is way better than dealing/tanking more damage but still getitng ganked easily. The damage you made on the entire game means nothing if you go 0/20 because of the enemy jungler ganks. Some Bronze guys aren't that stupid to make the vision items gold inefficient, maybe you will understand that, one day.
