Gangplank: Announcing his Ultimate is upgraded
Like Kalista stabbing someone with her spear, Gangplank announces that he has upgraded this Cannon Barrage [R]. It will audibly inform his teammates so that they can premeditate a millisecond decision after Gangplank uses his ultimate, maybe. Don't really need to go into detail. It's quite straight-forward.
