Ok buff yasuo but make him w refund mana

Yasuo is already one of the most disgusting things to play against, him w , that should allow him to avoid damage also punish u for trying to trading, in my opinion , if yasou w refund the mana of the blocked abilities ( once ur opponent isnt fighting) it would be less horrible to play against and at the same time it will allow riot to buff other partes of him kit, like him ult or yasuo stats.

Alright, using this same logic, would you think it would be fair if yasuo's windwall was refunded a good amount of it's cooldown if he completely misuses it and doesn't block anything at all with it? This isn't a rhetorical question, think about the logic behind this question and think about what you said in your post, maybe this will help you see the issue with doing this :)
