How you deal vs. ranged ADC top lane

Or just about any tank top/jg outscales the adc because of how broken tanks are currently. So... , etc.

Most of them will not freeze next to their turret and theyll just continuously push you in under your tower, so I suggest learning to farm under tower and ask your jungler to gank because chances are its a free kill on most overextended adcs.

Fall behind in cs if u have to, don't feed. If you're confident with landing skills, all-in at lvl 6 and burst her down. If that doesn't seem to be a good idea then get as much as you can and wait for a team fight to turn the game in your favor.

play it save,a ccept that the adc can bully you early and try to stay in xp range. Depending on your champ, you can atempt an all-in after your first recall or at 6, or try to make an crossmap play with tp. Most toplaners have troubles early vs adc, but with some early armor, which is more cost efficient than the adc built, and a few levels, you usually can out scale them for the early-mid(~lvl 9+), and you usually have better tp ganks as most adc don't have alot burst or cc early on. Also, they will usually push you up to your turret and then try to further harras you, which opens them for easy ganks, since they are squishy and usually have not that great escapes. This also makes it not that hard to towerdive them with your jungler if you are premate or get a lead. And in vaynes case, bring a pink ward for when yor jungler ganks or when you all-in post 6.

If you don't have a assasiny champ like irelia, it will always suck to face an (well played) adc top, but the more cost efficient gear and higher base stats usually allow most melees to still reach a midgame spike and win teamfights at that point, though you do get outscaled eventually at 5-6items from the adc again.
