Q: I think the recent changes were probably for the best, sure it was fun chunking your lane opponents for 2/3 their health for not paying attention, but it was probably a bit much. Incentives to maybe buy crit are cool, but I think the itemization isn't quite there (Reaver/IE only) since most people prefer to buy AD for her ult (not to mention her Q animation doesn't benefit from attack speed). W: An underrated steroid esp. at later ranks, but the dominance of Lethality build for ult prevents it from shining. E: I know they did the update already, but if Riot were to do another round, I'd want them to look at this the most. 60% slow from 1000 range doesn't feel good to play against, it's not unique (how many goddamn slow fields do ADCs need), and thematically it seems a little weird (rain of bullets that slows, while the bullets in her ult just murder you). I get that it helps her set up her ult, but really tanks and supports should be helping you with that anyway. Thinking about it, didn't MF blow up Gangplank's ship? Maybe she should have had the explosive barrels instead...Anyway, I think she could use a more interesting tool here, no idea what beyond 'bounty-hunter related.' R: Her iconic ability, it can be a little overwhelming to deal with when MF is ahead or even farming well. I'm thinking maybe increase the channel time to 4 or 5 seconds while decreasing the per wave damage (same or increased damage at full channel). I'm sure MF players will be furious at the suggestion, given all the mobility and CC in today's game, but I think it's worth considering in order to give opponents a little more leeway and not get instantly melted when CDs are down. At the same time, I think it would permit greater expression of skill/timing on the MF's part, or at least team CC coordination. Passive: Seems a bit odd on an ADC, telling them not to attack the same target repeatedly, though it does have the neat Q interaction. As a one time on-hit effect, it incentivizes the whole Lethality/AD stack, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but her crit build could probably use a bit of help. If Love Tap didn't refresh the CD on same-target hits, and on top of that, even reduced the time (maybe .5 seconds on hit?) to next proc on that target, I think it would be a way to help MF feel better about building attack speed and performing an ADC's traditional role of tank-buster.

End Note: I'm sure people are going to argue at me from both sides, either that MF is perfectly balanced/way too OP. The goal here isn't a net buff or nerf, so much as figuring out how I'd round out some of the power spikes that are perhaps too high, while giving her more to work with in other situations or builds.

mf is too weak during the laning phase.the q crit doesn't help either because by the time you get IE,the laning phase is going to be over. so now what's the use of the new Q?it doesn't do damage if you shoot it directly at the enemy,and you wont be looking at minions to bounce it during team fights. riot made her Q useless! i suggest not maxing Q at all.or just don't play MF unless you are going support which is way more viable
