Did Dynamic Queue reset Normal MMR?

Quick question that I would like some clarification on: did the creation of Dynamic Queue and deletion of Team Builder reset the MMR for those queue types?

I do not play much Ranked and before Dynamic Queue was playing with mid-high Gold players in my Team Builder games (with the occasional unranked, Bronze, or Silver player which I assume was a player similar to myself who played little Ranked).

Now I am placed with <30s several times a week and have not seen anyone above low Silver in my games.
