Fizz Playful/Trickster putting Syndra ult on CD?
Why is this a thing, I understand if he does it and makes him untargettable, but why make it so it puts an ultimate on CD for its entirety...

Because if you launch any other skill and miss it, it doesn't get refunded either?
'Cause you know, it's totally underpowered if it reduces the CD by 30% when he dodges it.
Same goes for most other targeted, slightly delayed ults.
I think the only two exceptions are Brand ult and Darius ult.
And yes, I do hate Fizz for it. I hate Fizz in general.
