I reported a guy for being toxic 3 games in a row...
Why am I still being matched in the same team after the first time in a row? I even waited 5 minutes the 2nd time. This is bs.

I'm with you man. You should not be matched with someone a second time after you've reported them, not to mention a third time or more. And after reporting him three times reporting him you should be getting a notification that that player was given some kind of discipline.
If I saw a player a 2nd time I'd take the dodge/leave buster penalty to avoid a miserable game with them again. I've rarely seen a toxic player twice in a row though.
If they added such a feature there would be a problem in higher elos since you usually play with the same 5 or more people every game. You could deliberately avoid feeders or god carries.
So obviously don't make it apply there. Seems like a simple solution to me.....
Welcome to League, we here are Riot like to match everyone with everyone no matter how much you may hate that person ^^
Lets see it the positive way, you incredibly raised the chances he will be banned just thanks to your reports.

He said he waited 5 minutes in his post.
Well if you're high-diamond, it's probably because there isn't as many people as in, say, silver or gold, and thus increasing your chances of being matched with the said toxic person.
Or you might just be unlucky as crap
Not sure why downvoted. Have an upvote to cancel it.
I have my haters.
Because Riot will never implement a block that prevents you from re-queining against someone you Reported for a short while and people will defend this decision with ''Muh abuse''
The only people I can see to actually be able to effectively abuse this are people in Master - Challenger with a few lucky Diamond players aside.

shouldn't blocking them do it?
You can block people you have played with recently so you won't ever be matched with someone again. Its at the very bottom of your friends list there is a recently played with bar and if you click it brings anyone you have played with recently in game and you can just go to their profile and block them.

If only this was the case.
Yeah, if only. I was matched with the same person before even though THEY blocked ME (which is hilarious considering they were the toxic one, not me, they just had a very delicate ego that couldn't be bothered to be bruised after they did everything possible to be as selfish and narrow-minded as humanly possible).
You just insulted this "toxic" person 3 times in your comment. I'm pretty sure you were the toxic one.
Well, I'm sorry if I come off as some horrible person that must be "toxic" because I actually stand up for myself and the other members of my team when assaulted by a barrage of seething hate and rage in both team and all chat, throwing racial slurs, hoping our mothers were shot in the head execution style, so on and so forth with things too explicit to quote on these boards just because we were trying to play safe and knew our limits and weren't willing to throw the game even FURTHER then they did.
Defending oneself and explaining with rational thought is apparently too much for some people to comprehend so they blatantly ignore straight-up facts, resorting to justifying their greedy, shortminded playstyle all based off of personal pride which led to snowballing out of any sense of control.
If I'm "toxic", then I guess everyone is just supposed to pucker up and kiss the entitled rump of people who have no idea how to act in a team.
Being a decent human being also entails not letting yourself be walked all over.
I use to think that arguing with people or even defending other players was beneficial. Then I learned that these people don't ever shape up. (Rito statistics been cooked yo) Simply mute then, and go on with your game.
"Being a decent human being also entails not letting yourself be walked all over." Dunno what country you're from but if you're from U.S.A./EU Our wonderful culture seems to disagree.
Canadian with Scottish/Irish heritage.
Well are we talking blind pick or dynamic queue? And this guy by all coincidental means could of waited 5 minutes too and ended up in the same queue as you. What I would do is take a break for like 10-15 minutes and if it still happens, stop all together. No reason to have to play with a toxic person.
this magical button called a mute button or just dont respond its not hard. i rarely get toxic ever except when someone misplays. dying alot i really dont care misplaying yes i do like this kass in my last loss didnt turret dive didnt jump to me becuase there was a kha on there team so he sat there. morale of the story i couldve ended the game if he turret dove the one person i could careless if he died i was the adc and yes i was carryign my whole team and yes we had a afk whichc again i really dotn care it really had little impact to use losing .
this one this is the worst one i found it
Aside from the fact that none of us care about your story, which made very little sense btw, halfway into your post you just give up any shits you had in terms of spellcheck and grammar. I can't even read the last sentence all the way through it's so bad.
Also that's a very awful reason to be toxic to someone. "I'm not toxic unless someone makes a bad play." You must be having a blast in bronze 3.
yes i am :). ill be out of bronze soon enough i started out in bronze 5. Typing on my phone isnt the greatest thing to be doing. that would make anyone mad 1 misplay loses you the game and that just happened to be the thing. i really do not care if someone dies a lot. but i find out that i win most of my games when everyone on my team does not talk to each other.
don't backtalk the diamond overlord
Dynamic queue with another person and I did wait 5 minutes.
Block people. Less of a chance of being queued with the same person.
No, i don't. Blocking just make it so the blocked guy can't friend request you. Nothing else.
Nah it does reduce the chance, this has been confirmed
Well it must be about .0005% because I got matched with someone I blocked more than a week prior. You should really never play with the same person 2 times over an extended time period so it makes it even more stupid.
clearly the player was waiting for you
