Just WOW, What are these bronze teams in gold?

I just dont get it anymore, I used to have a 60 percent winrate sitting at gold 3-2 but then riot didnt like that so they leveled me back out to 50 winrate. Now im starting to fall below 50 percent and im back to gold 5. Ive played all manners of styles and just cant climb anymore. My teams now and days just have no idea what they are doing or how to build. My adc wont auto attack 90 percent of the time if i play support. Ill take last game for example I was Sion and cait rushes a hurricane which is very bad imo on cait for a few reasons. Hurricane has a base range for it to proc but cait has a range that EXCEEDS that range so you have to be out of position to make use of the passive. Our toplane illaoi got outgolded by me the support and outdmged. There was at least 2 separate occasions where i saw her ult literally the air missing the entire team while she screams sion like its my fault when they turn and kill her after such a play. Next up we got our jungle who had over a 92 percent winrate on his trynde with 13 wins and one loss. I thought hey maybe he can carry. NOPE, he proceeds to build not just one but TWO essence reavers instead of an ie. The annie on our team was the only one able to do any sort of dmg but was constantly caught out by enemy shaco meanwhile cait is botlane farming at the 45 min mark alone while a teamfight that I didnt engage because hey 4v5 lets NOT fight. I constantly see my team always trying to fight 4v5s no matter what role I play. Its like the enemy team had their phasors set to stupify and my team takes it butt first.
