Anotherherolost1 votes^Agreed, moving the .25 seconds onto the E root is dumb. What is that a turn 1 nerf only? Your always going to combo e>q so it makes absolutely no difference on your engage past turn 2.
The only person getting hurt by this is my jungler during first camp leash.
