Garen is OP.
He literally Q W and Es and take a quarter of your life with the right runes and masteries.
His already getting a rework thats gonna buff him.
Riven players are already going to rant about him.
He can do damage at the sametime and have crazy health regen.
He has one of the best escaping and chasing skills.
Soon as he builds
he can literally do anything to u and just run off. REPEAT AGAIN AND AGAIN.
