Just wondering if you’ve been banned for 14 days and been lift off can i still join PBE server?

Ok so i got banned 14 days and its lifted off since that i tried to change i’ve been positive to all team mates and never say such negative things to them. I made alot of good efforts in the game and if someone is salty to me i let them instead of fighting them because it will just make the argument huge so i tried to dodge fights aswell. My question is can i still join the PBE for playig too long and having a good reputation all the time or is it permanently not allowed to join? Please riot members give us a chance we’ll prove that we’re worthy to you. Have TOLERANCE. :C
