What if you you got banned for 14 days can you still join the PBE server or it is not allowed?

Ok i got banned for 14 days because of being salty I changed alot since thr banned is lift off i know it was my fault but i can’t blame team feeding. My omly question is will i still have a chance to join the pbe server? Can you give us a chance to prove we’re worthy or im worthy to join PBE server? If so thanks alot riot members! PEACE!

Also would it be a permanent ban from PBE where we can’t join anymore?

You already had a chance. You can try to join again when you're honor level 3 but I'm pretty sure any ban negates it.
