ModThe Djinn2 votesDo you have your chat logs? If so, we can help you see what might have been the cause of this. It is VERY rare for a ban to be incorrectly applied, so it may be that you're missing something that is considered offensive.

Like everything i said was a joke thought we we're having fun and when we started winning me and my team mates having fun because this is a game and if they get easily offended i didn't mean harm or sexual abuse or anything but i didn't even intentionally said they we're %%%%%%s like those are jokes and i'm sure of it there's no (African american) playing in my enemy lane or my allies i'm pretty sure they reported me for another reason and i don't know whats that reason and if they cant handle one joke then they should quit at least i'm not salty like the last time and i'm trying not to be and at least i'm not rude to my enemies and allies.

It doesn't matter why you used it, whether it was a joke or if there were African Americans in the game, that sort of language is not tolerated in this community and you will get banned for using it.
The only thing I can say here is to stop using it for any reason. If you and your friends are ok with that sort of language, I recommend you stick to voice chat with each other.

While you do skip tiers for extreme behavior, you move to the next step regardless of the offenses that triggered it, so you could be permanently banned for less toxic/offensive behavior.
You definitely need to cut the racial slurs out of your chat 100%, but at this point you need to be on very good behavior for quite a while so your punishment tiers can drop down. You're on very thin ice right now.

Deep Terror Nami3 votesNot technically on their own; the only do so is by not being unsportsmanlike/toxic as you continue playing. After you've shown your behavior really has reformed for a while, you'll start falling back down the tiers again and can even earn back a completely clean account standing. (You fall 1 tier at a time)
You don't have to be fake-positive, just don't be a jerk. It can take a few months of regular play to fall down a tier, so don't focus on "Am I safe from punishment now", just focus on keeping up the good behavior.

Hate speech is not a joke. Riot has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for that sort of language. It is almost certainly the reason for the reports, and is entirely unacceptable in a public setting like a League game. It is definitely not a false report.
If you must use this sort of language, keep it between you and your friends in private whispers or in another chat program.

The 14-day ban is your warning. It could have been a permanent ban. In all but the absolutely worst cases there is at least a second chance.

No, I get it. I simply disagree. Some behavior, such as racist language, is clearly unacceptable. You wouldn't say it to a stranger at a bar, so why would you feel it's okay here? The universal rules and the Terms of Use also make it clear that sort of behavior isn't allowed.
As such, I feel no "slap on the wrist" warning before punishment is fully appropriate.
