Is Nunu slated for a rework anytime soon?

His kit is extremely outdated and is very bland, and the only thing he does to help his team win is to try and drag down an enemy player with him since come late game he does nothing but w his adc and hopes he gets carried. He is desperately in need for an update, as honestly he doesn't fit anywhere. Solo lane if he doesn't make the enemy starve he lost lane since you will be starved late, jungle he is only good at securing drag/baron but thats about it since his ganks are extremely meh. Support he just gets beat down horribly due to his mana issues and the fact that his adc needs to know how to play adc properly makes it really bad for solo queue. He contributes very little to the team outside of an as/ms buff to his adc, to the point where other champs slated for a rework achieve more than him (yorick has ghouls to make the enemy's life hell and can give a champ a second life, taric comes with a nice stun and much more free stats to his team than nunu.)

All in all nunu is just bland. When the only way a champion succeeds is by making sure another champion falls off with you, you have a very toxic gameplay pattern right there. So I ask, have you guys ever thought of doing a rework/update for Nunu Riot?
