The reality of Ekko's OPness

The problem with Ekko isn't that his mana costs are too low or that his damage is too high. In fact, I believe that his damage and mana costs are just fine. However, there needs to be some meaningful gameplay behind going in with him. As of now, he is able to simply drop his bubble and, should some unfortunate person be in it, go in with nearly no consequences. Essentially, you could drop Ekko's health and health per level, since he already has a RIDICULOUS shield, and perhaps shorten his stun by a good half-second. This would give Ekko a little more counterplay, and he would be squishy enough to actually be an assassin rather than a tank, while still keeping all his sick, blinky, Z-drivey mechanics.

How are people still getting caught in Ekko's W?

Stop suggesting nerfs to the absolute hardest skill and the pattern with the most counterplay possible.

Just lower his passive damage and take on-hits off of his E.

Are you kidding? It's literally impossible to land unless your opponent is blind/deaf/dumb.

Why would you want to nerf his DIFFICULT damage, but allow his SUPER EASY GUARANTEED damage to go through
