Why the gutting of QSS?

QSS was one of the only ways for certain champs. especially super immobile ones to survive crazy engage ults that melt them. i mean on one hand i can understand the frustration from a Zed or Fizz player who wasted their ult and got no results. but that's just the person with QSS saving themselves because it's the only way for them. the ults that got buffed by the QSS change have almost no outplay so why change the only good way to avoid them for some of the squishiest Champs.

the qss changes are fine, but what i don't understand is why said ults won't get nerfed to compensate the changes

yeah like i understand the need for the changes. it's just the ults they buff do WAY too much damage.

yes and thats it.

Not the qss changes are the problem, the abilities that actually profit from them are because they are way too strong now.

But these changes are healthier for the game itself.

It's so that champions like Zed aren't balanced around the existence of an item that nullifies their entire kit and can receive proper changes.

He is now far to strong with no qss and so hard to fight Melee into with no qss. His ult in straight up unfair with great early game/mid so why can he not have a weakness? Every champion has to have one fizz high mana costs early and easy to push in not like zed. Fizz has to land ult zed point and click ult with no counterplay. They just want to nerf those champs and this just a excuse to do so. Those champs should be left alone we do not need to change any more kits.

I didn't realize QSS cleansed Zed's everything. Unless his his R is somehow his Q, W and E.
