Aatrox Ult changes

Way back when, Aatrox's R used to be a massive attack speed steroid, that other than a chunk of AoE magic damage on a champion that didn't want magic pen or Liandry's, didn't do a whole lot else.

These type of ultimates, "pressing a trigger to get free stats!!!!" are kind of what made Aatrox a walking ball of stats that either mowed down your entire team ... or died helplessly. There's no gameplay, no skill, no "high" moments, not much of a "low" that he had whether or not his R was on Cooldown. So @Riot, Why did the VGU keep this model of an ultimate at all? I understand why you wanted to maintain the Bloodwell and the revive, I even understand - even if I strongly disagree - making Ayyytrox into a cast-reliant champion instead of an auto attacker with a knockup. And I absolutely understood wanting to cut his "Drain Tank" gameplay.

But why keep the confounded Ult? Increased size means effectively longer range but not as much as what he had before (I assume, I can't really tell.) but all his R does no matter how much you tweak it is surge his stats.

This isn't the place to complain about a VO or a visual update he didn't need, but just know you failed miserably there as well.

I loved the proposed Ult where it reset his Q constantly. But that made him completely ult reliant. Why can't they just fucking balance this shit already...
