Just to be safe: ranked non-teambuilder will still have new champ select right? Plz tell me yes

Stuff like pick intent, the added animations and giant revolving center circle, picks 3-5 get to choose the bans, and one person picks at a time even when two people on the same team are picking are still being implemented on ranked non-teambuilder right? or is it that ranked teambuilder will be the only ranked queue?

Just some stuff im curious about and hoping somebody (Riot or otherwise) can fill me in :3
