Kennen's build path offers him no CDR at all.

Even with 45% cdr Kennen can't spam spells because of his small energy pool anyway.

Ludens is still pretty good tbh, or there's lichbane, or transendence, or Lucy boots...

1 Some champion's build path's don't offer CDR. Or some other stat in that manner. 2 Kennen's build path does though.

So zhonyas has no CDR nor Protobelt... ok
