Can we buff Black Cleaver a little bit

I feel like Black Cleaver is used only on Zed and Talon anymore I do not see any other champs really use it at all anymore because of the buffs to Yomuu's. So I think maybe Black Cleaver should either be known as the AD casters choice for building from Brutilizer, by giving it 15% or 20% cooldown reduction, or turn it sort of back into what it was before and give some of the HP that was taken away when it was nerfed and turn it into a more tanky item for AD tanks.

Jarvan, Nocturne, Vi, Wukong, and Xin Xiao all make pretty solid use of it. It's a great bruiser item.

I wouldn't ever build black cleaver on Zed or Talon over Ghostblade. They are assassins and ghostblade gives them more mobility. I'd rather all the other stats that ghostblade gives rather than armor shred for auto attacking.

black cleaver is a terrible choice for udyr, but everyone else makes really good use of it.

Eh, it can be decent of Tiger Stance Udyr, since his Q DoT will apply full stacks of the Black Cleaver passive. It isn't the best item, but it can work well against armor stacking teams.

Ok so I didn't list all the champs that use black cleaver but if you look that is 7 champs, discluding Udyr and Garen (since most buy Yomuu's on Garen) there isn't that many champs that use black cleaver compared to the amount of champs that buy Yomuu's.

Yeah, forgive me bout the Udyr , not really familiar with his build path yet, but tbh, a majority of Garen players builds a Black Cleaver more than Yoummus because of the added armor penetration with each physical damage, which synchronizes very well with his E. With 4 stacks altogether, he will manage to shred about 20% of their armor, and this way, Garen will deal more damage over time.

Forgot to add Fiora XinZhao Irelia , while most of the rest of the fighter champs are AP champs, or doesn't really use out their AD moves/AAs much, like Yorick

I only build it on Gnar or Quinn (lets be real though Gnar is just a buffed version of Quinn). Seems to work against taking down tankier targets. Could use a CDR buff really more AD CDR options need to be a thing.

problem with black cleaver is that it's outclassed as an offensive item by a lot of stuff and the miniscule amount of flat hp is not an incentive enough to build it as a hybrid offensive/defensive item

it also gives cdr which is meant for ad casters yet the armor shredding is more easily applied by right clickers with a few exceptions
