after a couple talon games i think he could use some work

Before we start let me say im in no way a talon main (yet). I want to start playing him more though so i started playing him recently and in the few games ive played I think theres some things that needs looked at. If any talon mains see this let me know if im on the right track or if im just some delusional silver scrub that doesn't know what hes talking about. This wont be too long because as I said before, I dont have alot of games with him but these are just things ive noticed or would think would be nice changes for him.

Starting with his e. Sometimes his jump doesnt go off, it just jumps in place. ive lost a couple kills because of this already and I dont think i need to explain why this is frustraiting for him. One change i woul like to see also is that if he gets ccd his jump will still go over the wall and not just put him in place. I dont know if that is because of this bug or if thats intended but its annoying to me.

One thing i would like is for his q in melee (maybe from range too) to stab abit faster. Nothing special this is just something i want. Another small thought i had would maybe give back some cd when he kills with it.

lastly something with his passive, maybe I may have messed up my combo but sometimes I feel like i have hit my w (going out and coming back in) hit my q and autoed which should apply my bleed but it doesnt go off. Again, maybe I messed up somewhere and I really didnt hit all of my things but in the moment it looked like I did.
