All the 2016 Season updates and all I want is....

The Poppy update! The new season announcements and pbe testing is looking great, But even so, all I can think about is when are we gonna see our beloved little yordle with an attitude getting the attention she deserves!

I've seen recent red posts that she is still a priority champ and likely to be the next re-work released, but can riot confirm that it will be released this year? or are we more likely to see it as the new season starts?
