Heimerdingers Kit?

For those who don't play Heimerdinger I'm sure you know his abilities. Incase you didn't know his passive gives him and surronding allies increased health regeneration. Everything thing in Heimers kit yells mid lane. He has great cs ability, super squisy, tons and tons of damage. His kit makes it so he just sits and sustains the lane, he can cs for long periods of time. With his mass amounts of defence and lane sustain he is a good mid laner.

I have been thinking about why Riot made his passive give health regen to allies. The lanes people play him are with allies in range of health regen. Obviously building things like and would be really strange on him. So I started doing some testing.

I know a lot of players in higher elo don't like off meta picks. Well this is so off meta you're going to cry. APC Heimerdinger bottom lane...yes I said it. Now this does go horrifically wrong against certain champs. ADC's such as: , , , and will crap on him. Supports like , , and can crap on him.

On the other hand champions like , , , or any adc that has trouble getting in range of these will get crapped on.

Supports Heimerdinger does well against are people like , , and and I'm sure others.

Now my question is why make Heimer classified as a secondary support when his turrets make cs'ing impossible? I have played Heimer APC bottom with a few different champions for support like Sona and Soraka! I plan on trying a few more. All of these games where people didn't dodge and I knew my match up was successful.

Heimerdinger can use his ultimate and w and almost 1 shot and take an ADC to half health with it. I know Heimer is very squishy with no escape which is why I would never blind pick it! I just wanted to point this out and that it does work!

Another thing is that picking this when the mid laner is AP is very bad. This means they stack MR and your damage is gone. I had a weird team comp with my picks. It was top, mid, jungle, APC, and support. What happened was Udyr split push while Mundo protected my turrets. We would bait them into a jungle area with vision and my turrets would wrecks as the 4 of us would just destroy.
